Services

• Free Discovery Calls are limited to one per person and are intended for initial exploration only.
• Paid Consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Sessions are conducted remotely and intended for advisory purposes. No legal, financial, or clinical advice is provided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

No Guarantees

Ashlock Consulting offers insight and guidance based on experience and best practices, but does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Confidentiality

All conversations and session content are treated with strict confidentiality. Your information is not shared or disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

Materials shared during sessions are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute these materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashlock Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of services.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, unless otherwise required by international law.
